Senior Management

Joe MacGilvray

Joe has been with MBI since 1997. He has held a variety of positions in the sales department leading to his current role as Executive Vice President and General Manager. He has played a key role in the growth of MBI and in helping it become the Direct Mail Advertising Company of choice for America's small business. Joe likes to spend time playing golf, traveling, and spoiling his five grandchildren.

Shannon Yannone

Shannon began her impressive career with MBI in 1995 as bookkeeper, being promoted to Business Office Manager in 1997, followed by being named the Director of Finance & Human Resources in 2001, and now holds the office of Vice President of Administration. The pleasures she enjoys include cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jim Grogan

Jim founded MBI in February 1989 in the spare bedroom of his home, revolutionizing the industry by bringing all the facets of producing direct mail advertising under one roof. He led the company through years of growth and expansion to become the thriving, successful, and prosperous enterprise it is today. His focus on keeping MBI in step with changes in the industry and the vision he has of the future for direct mail advertising promises that the prosperity and success of today will continue. When Jim is not traveling, you will find him cooking on the grill at home, and enjoying his two grandchildren.

Account Managers

Rob Schmidt

Rob joined MBI in 1998 and has become the highest volume producing Account Manager in MBI history consistently managing more than a million pieces of mail for his customers each month. He has been awarded Employee of the Month five times, was chosen to receive the Account Manager of the Year Award for 2005, and most recently received the honor of Employee of the Year for 2006. In his spare time Rob has become a certified member of the Community Emergency Response team. He is a First Responder and a member of the Deland Citizen Police Academy.

Kim Volosin

Kim joined MBI in 1999. She has been awarded Employee of the Month three times acknowledging her success managing several high volume accounts. When she has free time, you can find Kim at the beach, listening to a good band, or home cooking with her family.

Mimi Panton

Mimi has been an Account Manager in the sales department managing customer accounts since 1997. She received the first President's Pick award at our monthly meeting and cook out. When at home, Mimi likes to garden, cook, and enjoys her cats.

Dana Nolet

Dana came to MBI in 2003 to join the sales department managing high volume customer accounts. Her work has earned her nominations for Employee of the month. She enjoys the beach, time with her family and their dogs.

Odessa Smith

Odessa has been with MBI since 1998. She is currently a member of the sales department managing customer accounts. At home with her son Max, she enjoys cooking and gardening.

Nancy Parks

Nancy joined the accounting department in 2003 and was chosen for the Employee of the Month award. Recently Nancy has become a member of the sales department as a customer account manager. She likes fishing, cooking, and being home with her family and their dogs.

John Grogan

John started with MBI in June of 2007. He works in Business Development calling on clients who find our website via the internet that express interest in a direct mail campaign. John worked for one of the major airlines for 28 years in Atlanta previous to moving to Deland. When not working he enjoys playing tennis, cycling and spending time with his grandson.

Sam Vaia

Sam is a memeber of the Art Department. His hobbies are motorcyles, history, and astronomy.

Lam Ngo

Joining the art department at MBI in 2005, Lam is practicing to be a comedian in his spare time.

Melissa Sauer

Joining the art department in 1994, Missy enjoys walking, and spending time with her husband and two children at home.

Janice Romes

Janice has been in the art department since 1998, serving as Manager since 2003. She enjoys sports, working in her yard, and relaxing with a good book.

Liz Naone

Liz has been in the art department since 1999, she was awarded Employee of the Month so often that she become one of two MBI employees to be retired to Employee of the Month Emeritus. Her superb creative talent is always in demand from MBI customers. Drawing, painting, and fiber art fill her free time, along with reading, hiking, and being with her family.

Beth Schrock

Beth joined MBI in 2000 in the production department. She currently works in pre-press/proofing department.

Kelly Tippens

Kelly has been a key member of the graphic art department since 2002. She has been honored as Employee of the Month, along with numerous nominations. She spends her time off with family and friends.

Tim joined the production team in late 2006 and has since joined our data department. He enjoys going to rock concerts, gaming and spending time with his girlfriend.

John Pauszek

This native of New York came to MBI in 1998, progressing from the 2 color Ryobi, to the 2 color Heidelberg, and now runs the 4 color Komori. He is one of two employees who have been retired to Employee of Month Emeritus for his outstanding performance. John spends his free time with his wife and three children. He enjoys fishing, travel, and collecting reptiles.

Dan Murphy

In 2005, Dan came to MBI. He has been promoted to Bindery Supervisor and been awarded the honor of Employee of the Month, along with numerous nominations. He was the runner up for Employee of the Year for 2006. Dan spends his time off with his family and likes to golf.

Guillermo Medina

In 2001 "G" joined the MBI team. He has been awarded the Employee of the Month three times. He enjoys going to church, spending time with his family and driving.

Brian Spicer

Brian began his career at MBI in 2003, working his way up to become the Lettershop Manager. His hard work earned him the honor of Employee of the Year for 2005. Brian is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing the game of golf.

Eddie Mangune

Eddie has been with MBI since 2006. He likes car shows, biking, swimming and traveling.

James Tanner

James has been dedicated to the MBI team since 2003. He has received the Employee of the Month award three times. On his free time he enjoys spending time with his children.

Paul Ratliff

In 2005, Paul joined our production team. Has has received four nominations for employee of the month. He likes music, movies, and playing the guitar.

Eileen Osgood

Eileen joined the production department in 2005. Her firm hand keeps the dock running smoothly and has earned her the honor of Employee of the Year in 2004. Enjoying her grandchildren is her favorite pasttime.

Jonathan Steele

Jonathan joined MBI in 2003 in our production department. As a hard working supervisor he has received the Employee fo the Month award twice along with many nominations. His free time is spent fishing and enjoying other outdoor sports.

Mike Yannone

Mike began his impressive career with MBI in 2001 in the production department. He was promoted to Mechanic in 2005 and now holds the title of Facilities Manager. He enjoys cooking and spending time with his family and friends.

Jeremy joined MBI in 2006 in the maintenance and inventory department.

Administration

Maribel Konkel

In 2006 Maribel joined the accounting team. She has traveled the world, including all 50 states, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Jay Tippens

Along the way from the laser department in 2002, to his current position as Senior Systems Administrator. Jay has overhauled MBI's data department, produced mission critical Research and Development, created custom back-end automation software for a web-to-print solution, and implemented key overhauls to MBI's Technology infrastructure. Jay spends free time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys dabbling with webpage creation and graphic design.

Mike Grogan

In the mid 90's Mike founded MBI's Inkjet, Laser, and Data departments. His custom programming and database development has helped MBI achieve a remarkably high level of efficiency, far exceeding industry standards. Mike has been Employee of the Month twice along with many nominations and was chosen for the honor of Employee of the Year for 2005. He spends his free time with his two children. He likes to cook, read, and work in the yard.

Linda Newman

After working in the sales department since 2000 managing customer accounts, Linda is now Human Resources Coordinator and in charge of payroll. She loves to travel, cook, and listen to books on tape.

Shannon joined MBI in 2007 in the accounting department.

Shelly Leider

Shelly began her career with MBI in 2005 as part of the Letter shop. Shelly now works as MBI's Trucking Coordinator and Postal Liason.
